All Borrowers:

  1. Copy of Driver’s License
  2. Current 30 day pay stubs
  3. 2 years most recent ALL W2s/1099s
  4. 2 months all pages most recent Bank statements/401K/Stocks

 

Additional Documents needed for VA:

  1. DD214/DD256
  2. Certificate of Eligibility

 

Additional Documents for Self-Employed borrowers:

  1. Copies of 2 years most recent Personal and Business tax returns. All pages and schedules
  2. Year to date Profit and Loss
  3. All 1099s and K1s for most recent 2 years
